Acceptance
By using Nextractly, you agree to these terms. Nextractly provides free online tools, calculators, converters, lookups, daily rashifal, and fun tools. The service is provided free of charge and without any account or subscription.
Entertainment tools
The love calculator, FLAMES, lucky number, name personality test and daily rashifal are provided purely for entertainment. They use playful, deterministic logic, not astrology, divination, or any real prediction, and must not be relied upon for any decision.
Accuracy of results
Tools that show real data, weather, air quality, currency rates, EMI/SIP/GST/age figures, IFSC and PIN code details, are provided on a best-effort basis using third-party sources. We do not guarantee they are accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify important figures (financial, banking, or safety-related) with an official source before acting on them.
Acceptable use
Use Nextractly only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, overload the third-party APIs it relies on, or misuse it in any way that harms others.
Third-party services
Some tools fetch data from third-party providers (Open-Meteo, the ExchangeRate API, Open Trivia Database, Razorpay's IFSC API, and India Post's PIN code API). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and their own terms apply to the data they return.
Intellectual property
The Nextractly name, design, and original content are ours. You're welcome to use the tools and share results, but please don't copy the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Limitation of liability
Nextractly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tools or their results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
